About Us:
The MVMT Team at EXP Realty is a top-performing real estate team in NYC, known for innovative solutions and exceptional client service. We’re looking for a talented professional to integrate and optimize AI-powered calling tools for our real estate operations.

Role Overview:
We seek an AI Integration Specialist to leverage existing platforms and tools to build a robust AI calling system for outbound and inbound real estate prospecting. The goal is to streamline lead generation, handle objections, and schedule appointments with our agents, all while maintaining high-quality client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrate & Optimize: Utilize existing AI calling platforms to create an outbound calling tool for rental and sales prospects.
Objection Handling: Develop a robust knowledge base of 50+ common objections and rebuttals to guide prospects toward booking a consultation.
Appointment Scheduling: Ensure seamless calendar integration and pre-appointment engagement with clients.
Multichannel Communication: Implement drop voicemail, text messaging, email delivery, and PDF sharing capabilities.
Inbound Call Management: Handle inbound calls with a knowledge base of 30-50 Q&As about specific properties and building information.
CRM Integration: Connect the tool to Follow Up Boss (open API) to log interactions, calls, and client data seamlessly.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze recorded calls and text conversations to refine scripts and AI responses.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with AI integration, especially in call center or real estate tech.
Strong understanding of outbound/inbound calling systems and CRM integrations.
Familiarity with real estate industry practices, especially in NYC.
Ability to work with large datasets and implement machine learning or AI tools.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to leveraging tech solutions.
Bachelor's degree
