We are a rapidly growing group of Sales and Lettings offices operating across the North West of the UK, consisting of five established brands.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to remotely manage a portfolio of 150–200 residential properties.
This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone with strong UK lettings knowledge who can confidently manage the full tenancy lifecycle.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance, rent collection, landlord communication, and tenant management are handled efficiently and professionally.
This role requires someone who understands UK lettings legislation and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiries & Lettings Administration
• Managing property enquiries
• Issuing and processing applications
• Providing viewing feedback to landlords
• Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements
• Notifying utility providers of tenancy changes
Tenancy & Portfolio Management
• Conducting and reviewing inspections
• Managing landlord renewals (including guaranteed rent properties)
• Serving Section 13 notices
• Managing tenant arrears
• Administering rent guarantee policies
• Serving Section 8 notices where required
Compliance & Legal
• Ensuring all properties meet UK compliance standards
• Handling tenant notices
• Managing check-outs and deposit refunds
• Coordinating property hand backs
• Processing new property onboarding
• Applying for property licences (e.g., selective/HMO licensing where applicable)
Requirements
• Minimum 1+ years experience managing UK residential properties
• Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation (Section 8, Section 13, compliance requirements, licensing, deposit regulations)
• Experience managing 100+ properties preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Confident handling of landlord and tenant communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to work UK business hours
• Stable internet connection with backup
Working Hours
• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday 9am - 5pm
• UK time zone
