JOB OVERVIEW

We are a patient-centered medical clinic focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care. We value efficiency, professionalism, clear communication, and strong systems that allow us to serve our patients well.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline workflow, support social media marketing efforts, and assist with administrative organization.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Support

Assist with content creation for social media (educational posts, graphics, captions)

Schedule and manage posts across platforms

Organize content calendars

Engage with comments and messages professionally

Help track engagement metrics

Workflow & Operations Support

Create and organize spreadsheets to streamline clinic workflows

Assist in developing systems and SOPs

Organize digital files and documents

Help improve efficiency of processes

Email & Administrative Support

Organize and manage inboxes

Draft professional email responses

Flag important messages and prioritize tasks

Assist with project management and follow-ups

Qualifications

Fluent in English with clear, understandable spoken and written communication

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Detail-oriented and proactive

Comfortable creating and managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred (but not required):

Understanding of medical terminology

Experience working with a medical clinic or healthcare provider

Graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools)

Experience with project management tools

Position Details

Starts part-time (approximately 10–20 hours/week)

Flexible schedule, but must overlap with U.S. business hours occasionally

Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance
