Primary Objective
Generate qualified leads for:
Luxury wedding clients
Wedding planners & venues
Corporate event planners
Marketing directors
Associations & nonprofits
Conference organizers
Responsibilities
1?? Research & Prospecting
Identify decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Event Managers, Wedding Planners)
Use LinkedIn, Google, event websites, chamber directories, etc.
Build clean, organized lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM
2?? Cold Outreach
Send personalized cold
Connect and message prospects on LinkedIn
Follow up consistently (without being spammy)
3?? Appointment Setting
Qualify leads before booking calls
Schedule discovery calls
Track conversion stages
CRM & Tracking
Maintain lead database
Track response rates
Report weekly KPIs
Required Skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience generating U.S.-based business leads
Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills
Experience with cold
Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time overlap (at least 2–4 hours)
Organized and detail-oriented
Performance Expectations
Minimum 25–50 qualified leads per week
Personalized outreach (no mass spam)
Consistent follow-up system
Weekly reporting
Help book at least 4–8 discovery calls per month
Compensation
Based on experience:
Hourly OR
Monthly retainer + performance bonus for booked calls
High performers will be rewarded and kept long-term.
