Expert in Adobe Lightroom

Color correction

Batch editing

Preset usage and creation

Skin tone accuracy

Advanced in Adobe Photoshop

Retouching (skin, flyaways, distractions)

Object removal

Background cleanup

Composite work

Video Editing

Proficient in:

CapCut

Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but not required)

Able to:

Create short-form reels (Instagram/TikTok style)

Add captions

Sync

music

Clean audio

Export optimized files for social platforms

Standard projects must be completed within 24–48 hours

Wedding galleries: First pass edits within agreed timeframe

Reels & short-form edits: 24-hour turnaround preferred

Must communicate immediately if delays arise

Responsibilities

Cull and edit photo sessions

Retouch selected images

Edit highlight reels

Prepare files for delivery

Organize cloud folders

Follow brand color consistency

Occasionally create social media content drafts

Has worked with wedding or event photographers before

Understands luxury branding

Can follow reference styles exactly

Detail-oriented (you notice color shifts and exposure inconsistencies)

Has strong internet connection and backup power
