About the role
We run a profitable WordPress support and services business with an established client base and a strong delivery team. What we are deliberately building next is a predictable, well-run lead generation function.
This role exists to own that outcome.
We are looking for a senior lead generation professional who has already built and run B2B lead generation for services or agencies, and who is comfortable taking responsibility for both strategy and execution.
This is not a junior SDR role, and not a growth hacker position. It is a role for someone who understands that good lead generation is systematic, evidence-led, and improves through disciplined iteration.

What you will own
- Defining and refining our ideal customer profile for services and support
- Designing and running outbound and content-led lead generation
- Building and managing prospect lists
- Writing, testing, and improving outreach messaging
- Managing follow-ups and responses
- Booking qualified conversations with the founder
- Tracking performance and reporting signal clearly
- Recommending what to scale, what to stop, and what to change
You are expected to take ownership of this function and to challenge assumptions when needed.

Required experience (non-negotiable)
To be considered, you must have:
- Direct experience running B2B lead generation for services or agencies
- Experience selling professional services, retainers, or support-style offerings
- Proven ability to design and run outbound campaigns end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience reporting performance to founders or senior leadership
Experience in ecommerce, consumer products, or purely B2C environments is not sufficient for this role.
