We operate three established and profitable e-commerce stores and are expanding our team to support growth and product excellence. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented E-commerce Product Specialist who can manage product listings, perform web scraping, and help optimize our Shopify stores.

Responsibilities -
• Manage and maintain product information across all stores: uploading new products, updating listings, and maintaining vendor databases.
• Coordinate with vendors to gather accurate product information, lead times, and order details.
• Research products and competitors to identify new opportunities and monitor performance metrics.
• Optimize Shopify listings for product rankings, conversion rates, and sales growth.
• Perform mass uploads and bulk changes to products efficiently.
• Quality-check product images, titles, descriptions, and specifications for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve product and website issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory reconciliation and track stock levels.
• Document SOPs, maintain records of product performance, and suggest process improvements.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, including reports, logs, and operational updates.
• Manage assigned tasks proactively and independently, without needing follow-ups or reminders.
What You Need to Succeed -
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of Product Management or Product Specialist experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with Shopify (being Shopify Certified is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail (include the word mushroom in your application).
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency with Shopify, ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace, and web scraping tools.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• A reliable computer and at least 20 Mbps internet connection.
• Backup solutions for both power and internet outages.

Work Schedule:
