JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager (Delivery & Systems Lead) to manage execution, systems, and team accountability across multiple marketing campaigns.

This is a high-performance role inside a fast-growing U.S. digital marketing agency.

A Client Success Manager handles all client communication.

? Your role is to ensure:

Work gets done

Deadlines are met

Systems are organized

Teams are accountable

This role requires working U.S. hours:

Work shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT (Texas Time)

Must be available on Slack: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CDT

Expected response time: 5–15 minutes

???? What You Will Do
1. Manage Execution Across All Accounts

Oversee execution across multiple client campaigns (SEO, GBP, paid ads, content)

Break down strategy into:

Tasks

Owners

Deadlines

Ensure nothing falls behind

2. Own ClickUp (VERY IMPORTANT)

Build and maintain organized project boards

Create templates, automations, and workflows

Ensure every task is tracked and visible

???? If you are not strong in ClickUp or similar tools, this role will be difficult.

3. Build SOPs & Improve Systems

Document repeatable processes

Improve how work is done

Turn chaos into structure

4. Manage Remote Team Execution

Work with:

SEO specialists

Content writers

Ads managers

Developers

Ensure:

Tasks are completed

Deadlines are met

Work quality is high

5. Keep Operations Clean

Ensure all accounts have:

Proper access (GA4, GSC, GBP, CRM)

Active deliverables

QA work before completion

? Requirements

3+ years experience in a digital marketing agency

Strong experience with:

ClickUp / Asana / Monday

SEO or Local SEO (GBP)

Managing remote teams

Strong English communication

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to manage multiple projects at once
