We are looking for a data-driven Junior Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage (SARB) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundamentals of RSOC-compliant advertising, search arbitrage traffic flows, and performance optimization. We are looking for a candidate who can analyze data, execute structured testing, and help scale profitable campaigns while maintaining compliance with platform policies.
? Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage (RSOC)
Practical experience running Meta ads for search arbitrage funnels
Strong understanding of RSOC policy and compliance requirements and making it high CTR ads accordingly
Experience working with budgets over 5k daily with positive 18% Ro
Solid understanding of campaign structure (CBO/ABO), creative testing frameworks, and campaign optimization and scaling strategies
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics on a daily basis (CTR, CPC, EPC, CPA, ROAS/ROI
Experience working with Google Sheets (formulas, data analysis, reporting) and performance dashboards
Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make optimization decisions independently
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and vertical tests simultaneously
Strong time management, fast adaptation to changes and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fast execution speed while maintaining accuracy
Experience with automation rules and campaign performance monitoring
Understanding of creative fatigue, angle testing, and vertical validation in Search Arbitrage environments

Launch and manage Search Arbitrage campaigns on Meta
Execute structured testing of verticals, creatives, and GEOs
Ensure all campaigns and creatives comply with RSOC policy guidelines
Monitor key performance metrics daily (CTR, CPC, EPC, CPA, ROI)
Identify campaign performance drops and diagnose root causes
Optimize campaigns to improve profitability and traffic quality
Scale winning campaigns using controlled scaling strategies
Maintain accurate daily performance reporting and tracking
Collaborate with the creative team to produce RSOC-compliant ads and angles
Support vertical discovery and ongoing testing initiatives
Daily Report to Team Lead
