JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Service Manager – Fashion | Remote | Long-Term
Full-Time | Remote | $7.00/hour

We run a fashion dropshipping business and are looking for an experienced, senior-level Customer Service Manager to own and elevate our entire support operation. You won't just follow the playbook — you'll help write it.
If you're a seasoned CS professional who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, leads with empathy, and takes pride in building systems that scale, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing all customer emails regarding orders, tracking, refunds, replacements, and sizing — within a 24-hour window
Overseeing and improving our SOPs, email templates, and support documentation
Handling escalated complaints with professionalism and sound judgment
Logging refunds, complaints, and replacements accurately in Google Sheets
Generating and analyzing weekly performance reports per store
Identifying recurring issues and proactively flagging or resolving them
Maintaining quality standards across all customer touchpoints


What We're Looking For:

You must have experience in CS managing for Shopify Fashion dropshipping stores.

Minimum 3 years of experience in dropshipping customer support managing
Proven experience in a team lead role
Fluent written English — clear, polished, and on-brand

Proficiency with the following tools:

FreshDesk (help desk management)
Shopify (order tracking and management)
ChatGPT / DeepL (AI-assisted responses and translations)
Google Sheets (reporting and logging)

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Available full-time (40 hrs/week) once onboarded
Not currently holding another full-time position
Comfortable with regular team calls and check-ins
Available to start immediately
