JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for another team member who is also experienced with GoHighLevel/VA to help us upgrade and integrate workflows and maintain an existing GHL account.

You should be good with website development and be good with testing existing workflows.

You should know how to:
Build and edit GHL websites/funnels, Duplicate Gamma sites
Copy an existing website design into GHL
Optimize pages for desktop and mobile
Connect domains, forms and CTA buttons
Build and troubleshoot workflows
Set up pipelines, tags and custom fields
Configure calendars and appointments
Work with SMS and email automation
Import and map CSV lead files
Work with multiple phone/email fields
Connect and troubleshoot Voice AI
Work with Twilio/A2P
Use webhooks, Zapier, Make or similar integrations
Test the complete system and provide Loom videos

Please answer these 5 questions:

1. Send links to 2 GHL websites you personally built.

2. A CSV contact has 5 different phone numbers and 3 email addresses. We want an outreach workflow capable of using the available contact information. How would you set this up in GHL?

3. A lead submits a website form but does not enter the correct pipeline or receive the expected SMS. What would you check first?

4. You inherit a GHL account built by another developer. Some parts work and some do not. Would you rebuild it or troubleshoot it? Explain your process briefly.

5. What experience do you have with GHL Voice AI, Twilio/A2P, Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs or webhooks, Gamma?

Paid Test

Selected applicant will receive a small paid test.

You will be asked to reproduce one existing webpage in GHL and connect:

CTA ? Form ? CRM/Pipeline ? SMS/Email

The page must work correctly on desktop and mobile.

Send a short Loom video showing the finished test working.

Work

Initial paid test with additional ongoing employment available if it is a good fit.

Please include your requested hourly rate and normal working hours.
