Social Media Marketing Manager
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Long-Term Role
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who understands strategy, consistency, and performance — not just posting.
This role requires someone who can plan, create, schedule, analyze, and optimize social media content across multiple platforms. You must understand how to build engagement, grow audiences, and drive traffic and sales.
This is not a “random posting” role. We need someone who can think strategically and execute consistently.
Core Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage a structured content calendar
Plan weekly and monthly posting schedules
Align content with promotions, product launches, and campaigns
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms
2. Content Creation
Create engaging posts (graphics, captions, short-form videos, reels)
Write compelling captions with strong calls-to-action
Coordinate images, product photos, and short-form video content
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
3. Posting & Scheduling
Schedule posts using social media scheduling tools
Maintain consistent posting frequency
Optimize post timing based on performance data
Manage cross-platform distribution
4. Engagement & Community Management
Monitor comments and messages
Respond professionally and promptly
Encourage engagement and build audience relationships
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track key metrics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR
Analyze top-performing posts
Make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Report weekly and monthly performance summaries

Required Experience
2+ years of social media management experience
Proven experience building and managing content calendars
Strong writing skills in English
Experience creating graphics and short-form video content
Familiarity with analytics and reporting
Highly organized and deadline-driven
Preferred Experience
Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.)
Experience managing eCommerce or product-based brands
Basic understanding of paid ads (a plus, not required)
