JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, we run HMZ AI Automation in the UK.

We install a Speed to Lead system for lead based businesses.

This role is for an individual automation builder. Not an agency. Not a team.

Non negotiables

Pay per build only. No monthly retainers.

Paid micro test first. Fixed fee.

You must record a Loom showing the flow working end to end.

You must be able to work with GoHighLevel plus n8n plus Twilio SMS.

What you will build
A minimal Speed to Lead workflow that:

Receives a lead via webhook or form

Dedupes using a unique key

Sends SMS within 60 seconds via Twilio

Asks 2 to 4 qualification questions

Routes to booking link or notifies an operator based on responses

Updates a GoHighLevel pipeline stage

Logs each step and final status

Paid micro test (fixed fee, must deliver in 48 to 72 hours)
Deliverables

Working sandbox workflow matching the items above

Loom video showing 3 test cases end to end
Case 1 normal lead
Case 2 missing or invalid phone
Case 3 STOP or opt out

If you pass the micro test, we move to milestone based pay per build
40 percent at build start
40 percent after internal QA pass
20 percent after go live
