JOB OVERVIEW

~ About Us:
We are a growth-focused e-commerce holding company driven by performance, data, and disciplined execution. We are not looking for someone to “run ads.” We are looking for a strategic direct-response media buyer who understands how to test, optimize, and scale profitably.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, growth, and ownership.

~ Role Overview:
You will create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a focus on profitable growth: CPA/CAC, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin (where applicable). This is not a content scheduling role and not branding-only.

~ Responsibilities:
- Structure and manage created Meta ad campaigns (ABO, CBO, Advantage+)
- Develop and execute creative testing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize based on data
- Scale winning campaigns responsibly
- Identify and eliminate underperforming ads efficiently
- Provide structured weekly reporting with insights and action plans
- Collaborate on creative angles, hooks, and testing concepts
- Maintain organized campaign naming and account structure

~ Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven and verified experience managing at least $20,000+ per month in Meta ad spend
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles
- Deep familiarity and comfortability with Meta Ads Manager
- Clear understanding of testing frameworks and scaling strategies
- Ability to interpret performance data beyond surface metrics
- Experience navigating post-iOS14 attribution challenges
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to work long-term with consistent availability

~ What We Value:
- Structured decision-making
- Ownership mentality
- Accountability to results
- Clear communication
- Discipline over guesswork
- Long-term commitment

~ To Apply:
Please provide detailed answers to the following:
- What is the most important metric when scaling an e-commerce ad account, and why?
- If given $3,000 to test a new product, how would you structure the first 14 days?
- What are your kill rules?
- What are your scale rules?
- What is the largest monthly ad budget you have personally managed?
- Attach screenshots of past campaign performance (sensitive data may be blurred).

Applications without complete answers will not be considered.

~Position Details:
- Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Long-term opportunity
- Potential to move to full-time
- Competitive compensation based on experience and performance
- Performance-based incentives possible

We are looking for a serious media buyer who wants to grow with a structured, performance-focused company.

If you are analytical, disciplined, and confident in your ability to drive measurable results, we look forward to reviewing your application.
