If you want a steady role where your attention to detail actually matters, Dream Home Shots is hiring a Quality Control Photo Editor to be the final set of eyes on our AI-edited photos before they go to clients.

Schedule (must match exactly)

Monday – Saturday, 7:30 PM–11:30 PM EST
(Tuesday – Sunday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM PHT)

Hours may likely move to a full-time position.

About the Role:
----------------------
We’re a busy real estate media company switching to AI editing. We’re looking for someone with a reliable, time-efficient work ethic who is very detail-oriented and has strong English reading/writing skills.
Your job will be to quality control all photo edits we run through our AI editing software and make corrections when needed.

In this role you will:
- Review all photos to catch common mistakes by the editing software
- Complete photographer notes (item removals, minor fixes)
- Correct color/lens issues in Photoshop/Lightroom
- Upload the final images to our photo delivery platform

Required skills:
---------------------
- Strong Photoshop + Lightroom skills
- Ability to perform Color correction & identify wall color accuracy
- Lens corrections/distortion awareness
- Basic item removal
- Detail-oriented
- Able to be efficient without lowering quality expectations
- Strong English Abilities (Active communication, strong listening skills, and good English comprehension)
- HDR hand blending
- Virtual twilights/staging knowledge
- Experience with real estate photo editing

Daily workflow:

- 7:30 PM: Pull completed AI photo edits
- Quality control against photographer notes and raw exposures
- Fix color/lighting consistency, lens corrections, AI artifacts
- Basic item removal in Photoshop
- Upload to the delivery platform
- End-of-shift handoff message for the AM team if anything is pending
