Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and resilient tea
This role is not about hard selling on the phone.
It is mainly about:
opening conversations,
identifying the right contact,
understanding whether there is real potential,
and securing the next step for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to overseas prospects from company-provided lead lists.
Briefly introduce the company and the purpose of the call in a natural and professional way.
Identify whether the person reached is the relevant contact, and try to find the right decision-maker when needed.
Conduct initial qualification of potential opportunities through short phone conversations.
Secure the next step whenever possible, especially a video meeting or a follow-up call.
Record call outcomes clearly and hand qualified opportunities to the next-stage team.
Requirements
Clear spoken English and confidence in phone communication.
Comfortable making cold calls to people you have never spoken with before.
Emotionally steady when facing rejection, hang-ups, or short responses.
Quick thinker who can adapt naturally during live conversations.
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, or business outreach is a strong plus.
Strong action mindset and focus on outcomes, especially reaching the right person and setting meetings.
