JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Go High Level Specialist (2-Week Contract) Backend Systems Optimisation – Fixed Term
Hey, I’m Lillie
I run Integrated Health, a Pilates and movement business based in Newman, WA, supporting both in-person and online clients.
We’ve already migrated some platforms into Go High Level (GHL).
Now I need a true GHL specialist to come in, clean it up, optimise it properly, and build it the right way.
This is NOT an ongoing VA role.
This is a 2-week intensive systems contract.

Contract Details
Duration: 2 weeks only
Pay: AUD $10/hour
Fixed timeframe - all work must be completed within 14 days
No extension beyond two weeks
You will work directly with me and my current VA
Clear scope, clear outcomes, clean handover
If you cannot complete structured system work within 2 weeks, this role isn’t for you.


What You’ll Be Responsible For
1 Full GHL System Optimisation
Map and refine full client journey
(Lead ? Booking ? Intake ? Session ? Follow-up ? Rebooking)
Create and clean pipelines
Clean custom fields
Clean tags and segmentation
Remove duplicate workflows
Reduce manual admin works
Create a Full CRM.
No messy backend. No spaghetti automations.

2Booking & Payment Structure
Optimise booking calendars
Ensure correct triggers after bookings
Proper Stripe integration inside GHL
Ensure payment flows are smooth and automated
Reduce double notifications or missed reminders
You must understand:
Stripe + GHL linking
Booking triggers
Workflow automations

3 Clinical Notes Structure
Improve internal note storage
Reduce form downloads and re-uploads
Create structured reusable note templates
Automate post-session internal actions
This is a movement + clinical business — structure matters.

4 Dashboard & Reporting
Create simple dashboards for:
Bookings
Retention
Revenue
Standardise naming conventions
Clean backend architecture for handover

5 SOP Creation
You will:
Help create clear SOPs for:
Workflows
Booking systems
Stripe integration
Automation edits
Document what you build
Ensure my VA can manage the system after handover
You will work collaboratively with both myself and my VA during build decisions.

Required Skills
You MUST have:
Strong, proven Go High Level build experience
Stripe + GHL integration experience
Booking calendar configuration experience
Workflow automation build experience
CRM structure experience
Squarespace familiarity
Google Workspace workflow experience
Experience documenting SOPs clearly
If you have only “basic GHL exposure” - this is not the role.

Not social media management
Not content writing
Not ongoing admin
Not design-heavy work
This is backend system architecture and optimisation.
