- Partner with Digital, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to deliver clear,
actionable insights
- Automate and optimise regular reporting processes
- Support ad hoc analysis and performance deep dives

What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within digital or eCommerce environments
- Proficiency in Tableau and data integration from platforms like SAP, Google Analytics, and Shopify
- Strong SQL skills and data storytelling abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Include:

-Any calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, or data blending used
-The business objective
-The measurable impact or outcome

2. Write a sample SQL query that calculates total monthly revenue and average order value from a sales table.
(Assume the table includes: order_id, order_date, customer_id, and total_amount.)

3. If revenue dropped by 20% last month for an eCommerce retail brand, explain your step-by-step approach to identifying the root cause.
Be specific about the metrics and breakdowns you would analyse (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, AOV, channel performance, customer segments, etc.).
