Remote Architects & Engineers is a US-based remote and virtual employee placement company that specializes in the architecture & engineering Industry. We provide outsourcing services for our niche. We find and recruit talented individuals to provide remote architectural & engineering support for our internationally based Clients. We are looking for qualified and highly experienced professionals for our talent pool to work remotely & virtually for our clients. You will be part of a team of professional remote engineers, architects, and support staff who fulfill our clients' needs for their daily operations.

Technical Requirements (Building Envelope and Façade Architects and/or Engineers)

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering, with PRC License
• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience as an Architect, Civil Engineer, or in a Project Management role within architectural or construction projects
• Experience in Educational and Municipal projects
• Strong background in Building Envelope and Façade system, including envelope performance and comfort intent such as thermal comfort, airtightness targets, humidity control, acoustics, daylight and glare management, and condensation risk
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience producing construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, details)
• Complete, coordinate, and modify drawing sets as required
• Prepare material schedules (doors, windows, hardware, etc.)
• Develop plans, sections, and detailed drawings, including renderings when needed
• Shop drawing review and coordination, including revisions and edits
• Support site planning, specifications, and submittal documentation
• Ability to review job site photos to verify conformance with construction documents and architectural details
• Verify alignment across project documentation, including OPR (Owner’s Project Requirements), BOD (Basis of Design), drawings, specifications, control sequences, and submittals
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, architects, and other project stakeholders
• Knowledgeable in Project Documentation Processes
• Familiarity with ---------- IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) standards is beneficial.
• Advanced English communication skills required due to frequent client interaction and documentation responsibilities.

Other Details
• This is a full-time work environment from home
Work schedule is 7am-4pm US Central Standard Time but this may vary depending on clients.T
• This job will pay $300 USD per week or around 70,000 Php per month Or More. But May Vary Based on Experience!

Once selected by a client, the candidate will receive:

• 2 weeks paid training
• Major PH holidays off (per approval of the Client)
• Major US holidays off (per approval of the Client)
• Job Type: Full-time

• Professional Architectural Experience: 5+ years or
• Engineering Experience: 5 years+ (Required)
• Technology Experience (e.g., AutoCAD): 5+ years

• Experience working on US-based or International projects is a plus.
