We are building a structured, logic-driven AI voice system for a rental company.
The goal is to design a voice agent that can:
Interpret natural language during live phone calls
Apply structured decision logic in real time
Normalize human input into defined equipment categories
Trigger conditional workflows
Update CRM data dynamically
Return structured responses for downstream processes
Maintain conversational flow while staying within strict logical boundaries
The system must separate conversational behavior from decision logic and data handling.
Our current setup includes:
GHL (AI Voice Agent + Custom Actions)
Workflow automation tools (Make)
Webhooks and structured API integrations
CRM-based data modeling
JSON-based response handling
We are looking for someone that is comfortable designing and implementing:
Logic-heavy automation systems
Conditional routing and structured decision trees
Webhook-based normalization layers
CRM-integrated data workflows
Structured JSON return handling
Guardrails to prevent repetition, hallucination, and logic drift
Clear separation between conversational logic and system logic
Experience with voice AI systems is strongly preferred.
