JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small Australian residential building advisory firm looking for a focused and detail-oriented Residential Building Estimator to join our Philippines-based team.

We run a lean operation. No unnecessary layers. You will work directly with leadership and your work will directly affect pricing, profit, and project decisions.

This is not a support role. Your estimates will impact real money and real builds.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time
Full availability required

You Will Work With
• Buildxact
• Xero
• Advanced Excel
• Structured RFQ and estimating systems

Your Responsibilities
• Review Australian residential plans
• Prepare clear and accurate cost estimates
• Issue RFQs to trades
• Protect margins through careful pricing
• Keep documentation clean and organized

• Takes ownership of their work
• Understands residential construction drawings
• Is fast but accurate
• Communicates clearly with suppliers
• Cares about detail and accountability
