JOB OVERVIEW

High Demand Electrical is a fast growing Sydney electrical company specialising in Level 2 and infrastructure works. We are looking for a commercially minded Estimator who can both price projects and help generate new work.

This is not just an office quoting role. We want someone who understands construction estimating and is confident networking, building relationships, and bringing opportunities into the business.

You must have Australian estimating experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed quotes and scopes of work
• Reviewing plans, site photos and technical information
• Pricing labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
• Protecting margin and identifying risks before works begin
• Networking with builders, strata managers, property managers and contractors
• Following up leads and converting enquiries into secured projects
• Attending site meetings and industry events when required

What we are looking for:

• Electrical or construction estimating experience in Australia
• Strong understanding of labour and material costing
• Commercial mindset and confidence discussing money
• Strong communication and networking ability
• Self motivated and growth focused
• Professional presentation

Bonus:

• Electrical trade background
• Experience in service upgrades, infrastructure, or utility works
• Existing industry contacts in Sydney
