JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to help build visibility, attract prospects, generate leads, and grow pipeline for a U.S. luxury real estate brand.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and edit original content for Instagram and Facebook to attract buyers and sellers
Repurpose content across platforms until agent-provided content is available
Build brand visibility, authority, and online presence to generate new business
Position agent as a trusted luxury lifestyle and relocation resource
Research communities, amenities, and market topics for content
Identify potential leads and organize opportunities for agent follow-up
Optimize social profiles to increase inquiries and conversions
MARKETING & FUNNEL SUPPORT
Assist with lead magnets, landing pages, and email follow-up campaigns
Manage and organize leads within CRM
Support ongoing lead nurturing processes
REQUIRED TOOLS & SKILLS
Proficiency with Maxa Designs Creative Studio
Experience using Moxie CRM
Familiarity with AI content tools
Knowledge of U.S. real estate marketing preferred
Excellent written English and professional communication
Ability to independently produce, edit, and publish content across platforms
Ability to maintain a polished, luxury brand voice
