Research counties/markets and identify areas with strong demand for small-acreage lots
Run comps (sold + active) and estimate realistic value
Analyze property basics:
road frontage & access
slope/topography
floodplain/wetlands flags
utilities proximity (power/water)
Submit each lead with all required info in our tracker (Google Sheets/Airtable)
Communicate daily via Slack
Required Skills
Strong English writing (clear, organized, no fluff)
Very detail-oriented (you don’t miss key fields)
Fast + accurate web research

Can follow a checklist and improve quickly with feedback
Nice To Have (Not Required)
U.S. real estate experience (vacant land is a plus)
Experience using county GIS/assessor sites
Familiarity with Google Earth / topo / FEMA flood maps
Airtable experience
What a “Good Lead” Must Include
For every property you submit:

Acreage, asking price, price/acre
Road type + frontage/access notes

3 sold comps (links)
your estimated value and why
(No need to be perfect — I’m looking for effort, structure, and how you think.)
