Position Overview

We are seeking a Disposition Representative to manage buyer relationships, sell contracted deals, and coordinate transactions from contract to close.

This role is responsible for turning signed contracts into funded revenue.

You will work directly with our acquisition team and title companies to ensure efficient, clean closings.

Responsibilities

Market contracted properties to investor buyers

Build and manage a qualified buyer list

Negotiate assignment fees and pricing

Secure signed assignment agreements

Collect and verify proof of funds

Ensure earnest money deposits are wired

Coordinate with title companies through closing

Maintain clear deal tracking documentation

Provide daily updates on deal status

Ideal Candidate

Prior experience in real estate wholesaling or investor sales

Strong understanding of assignment contracts and novations

Experience working with title companies

High attention to detail

Strong negotiation skills

Calm under pressure

Organized and process-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Bonus:

Existing investor buyer network

Experience handling 6-figure spreads

CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)

What Success Looks Like

Deals close on time

Buyers are properly vetted

EMD is secured quickly

Close rate stays above 70%

Revenue is protected, not eroded

Compensation

Base hourly or retainer (depending on experience)

Performance-based commission per closed deal

Long-term growth opportunity as company scales

High performers will have room to grow into leadership roles.
