Immigration Support Services (ISS) is a U.S.-based company that provides non-legal immigration support services, including business plan preparation, entity formation support, franchise opportunity sourcing, and related services for individuals pursuing U.S. immigration benefits.
We work alongside immigration attorneys and law firms across the United States and internationally to support individuals navigating the immigration process.
We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the company’s marketing efforts and drive measurable growth.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing ISS’s marketing systems, lead generation funnels, and performance tracking.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will work directly with company leadership and coordinate with paid media specialists, developers, designers, and contractors.
Core Responsibilities:
-Paid Advertising Oversight
-Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
-Improve cost per lead and cost per booked consultation
-Monitor campaign performance and ROI
-Coordinate with external media buyers and vendors as needed
-Funnel & Conversion Optimization
-Improve landing page conversion rates
-Optimize intake forms and consultation booking flows
-Identify and fix funnel bottlenecks
-Increase overall conversion efficiency
-HubSpot CRM Management
-Build and optimize automated
-Implement workflows and follow-up systems
-Track and manage lead lifecycle stages
-Improve consultation booking rates through automation and follow-up optimization
Website Optimization
-Identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience
-Coordinate implementation with developers
-Ensure site performance, speed, and usability are optimized
-Content & Marketing Strategy
-Coordinate content creation efforts
-Plan marketing initiatives aligned with company growth goals
-Ensure consistent and effective messaging
Reporting & Analytics
-Track key performance metrics, including:
-Lead volume
-Cost per lead
-Consultation booking rate
-Conversion rates
-Revenue attribution
-Provide regular performance updates and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
-3+ years of digital marketing experience
-Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns
-Experience using HubSpot CRM
-Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
-Analytical and data-driven mindset
-Strong communication skills
-Highly organized and execution-focused
-Reliable and responsive
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience marketing professional services
-Experience working with U.S.-based companies
-Experience managing paid media vendors or agencies
-Familiarity with compliance-sensitive industries
