Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. This position focuses on delivering accurate financials, maintaining U.S. tax compliance, and managing a distributed accounting team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident working directly with clients while supervising remote staff.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Handle end-to-end U.S. bookkeeping and accounting for multiple client accounts
• Monitor and review general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure all work meets U.S. tax and reporting standards
• Review team output and provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency
• Coach and support remote accountants to meet performance expectations
• Act as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows
• Support client onboarding and ongoing service improvements
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of professional accounting experience
• Solid background in U.S. accounting, and bookkeeping
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized U.S. businesses
• QuickBooks expertise required
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or reviewing the work of accountants
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Fluent English communication skills (C2 level)
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Remote Setup Requirements
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Quiet and dedicated work-from-home environment
• Dual monitors strongly preferred
