Join our dynamic real estate team as an Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative. You will call inbound and outbound leads to qualify prospects, schedule appointments for our agents, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full?time remote role where you will help our real estate company grow by setting high?quality appointments.
Responsibilities:
• Call warm leads and past clients to set appointments for our real estate agents.
• Follow proven scripts to provide professional communication and gather information.
• Manage CRM records, schedule follow?up calls, and maintain detailed notes to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver an excellent customer experience in a friendly, professional manner.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to hit performance targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, call center, BPO, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
• Willingness to learn our systems and scripts and continuously improve.
Compensation:
• $600 per month base salary.
• Performance?based bonuses and commissions; top performers earn more depending on experience and results.
