JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview:

We are a startup building practical digital products for SaaS and eCommerce businesses. We work fast, document clearly, and focus on outcomes. This is a remote role with structured weekly planning, direct founder communication, and a strong execution culture.

Open Roles (2 Full-Time Positions)

We are hiring two full-time remote tea ---------- mbers to support:

- Product UX/UI design for SaaS features and eCommerce workflows
- Landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion-focused UI
- Light technical implementation support and business tool integrations
Role A: UX/UI Designer (Product-Focused) — Full-time
Key responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI (web-first)
- Build and maintain a clean design system in Figma
- Improve usability and conversion across onboarding, dashboards, and checkout flows
- Deliver developer-ready specs and clear handoff documentation
- Work in weekly sprints with planning and progress updates

Requirements
- Strong Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, responsive design)
- Portfolio showing product work (SaaS and/or eCommerce is a plus)
- Strong communication and documentation in English
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, attention to detail
- Role B: UX/UI + Implementation & Integrations (Light Technical IT) — Full-time

Key responsibilities
- Support implementation tasks (basic front-end adjustments or website builder work)
- Set up and maintain integrations using Zapier/Make, webhooks, and SaaS connectors
- Support tracking/analytics basics (events, pixels, UTM hygiene, QA checks)
- Create clean documentation for automations, workflows, and system setup
- Work closely with the UX/UI designer to ship consistent experiences

Preferred skills
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with Webflow/Framer/WordPress/GoHighLevel (any is fine)
- Zapier/Make automation experience
- Familiarity with CRM + email tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, etc.)

Work Setup
- Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
- Time overlap: Must have daily overlap with UK time (GMT/BST) for planning and coordination
- Tools: Notion, Figma, Slack, GoHighLevel , Google Workspace
