Perfect Booking is a growing UK based short-term rental management company in a period of rapid growth. We manage a portfolio of high performing properties and operate at a high standard. Guest experience and review protection are everything to us.
We are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent who understands the short term rental industry properly. Not someone learning from scratch.
This role is for someone who has already worked in Airbnb or serviced accommodation, ideally as an Airbnb Superhost Support Agent or within a professional property management company.
About The Role
As a CSA, you will be the first line of communication between our guests and our company. Your job is not just to reply to messages. It is to protect our reviews, resolve issues calmly and keep operations running smoothly.
Guests will message about heating not working, WiFi issues, maintenance problems, early check-ins, complaints about cleanliness, noise issues and everything in between. You must be confident handling these situations without escalating unnecessarily.
We are looking for someone who can think logically, troubleshoot properly and de-escalate emotionally charged situations. You should understand that how something is said often matters more than what is said.
You will also work closely with our operations team, cleaners and maintenance contractors. When issues arise, you will assess urgency, gather the correct information and take the appropriate action.
This role requires maturity, strong written and spoken English and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience We’re Ideally Looking For:
- We would strongly prefer someone who has:
- Worked directly in the short term rental industry
- Experience supporting Airbnb and other OTA guests
- Ideally worked as an Airbnb Superhost support agent
- Experience handling high volumes of guest communication
- Managed bookings on Airbnb,
Experience using the following systems would be highly beneficial:
Guesty
Pricelabs
Turno
ClickUp
SuiteOp
If you have used similar systems, that is also fine, but you must understand how a professional STR operation runs.

We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility is important.
