We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving student engagement, lifecycle communications, and campaign performance.
This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for writing marketing copy across all channels, managing social media presence, building simple design assets, and designing lifecycle journeys that guide students from their first interaction - through social media, free offers and intro classes - into core courses, memberships, and advanced programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment, and wants their work to genuinely impact people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing Copywriting & Lifecycle Campaigns (Core Skillset)
Own marketing copywriting across all channels, including:

- CRM automations and lifecycle journeys
- SMS & WhatsApp broadcasts
- Social media captions and CTAs
- Produce content for lifecycle campaigns
- Build, schedule, and manage
2) Social Media Management & Growth
- Own Instagram execution and growth, including:
- Posting schedule & Stories
- Campaign launches and promotions
- Copywriting for posts, stories, and CTAs
- Build and execute a consistent social media strategy
- Manychat automations
- Coordinate boosted posts and campaigns
- Paid ads experience is a bonus
3) Design, Assets & Content Execution
Design simple, polished, on-brand assets using Canva, including:
Email
Social & WhatsApp visuals
Promotional and ad-style creatives
Edit short video clips from classes, teacher content, and testimonials.
Maintain Airtable trackers for campaigns, calendars, and reporting.
4) Performance, Optimisation & Growth
Track and report on campaign performance (open, click, registration, attendance).
5) AI, Automation & Innovation
Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and campaign performance using new tools and softwares.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in digital marketing,
Strong direct-response marketing copywriting skills
Confident using Canva with a good eye for design and branding
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
Familiarity with CRM or ESP platforms
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
Interest in spirituality, personal growth, or purpose-driven work
Nice to Have
Experience with lifecycle automation and segmentation
Familiarity with Airtable
Experience in education, community-led, or membership businesses
Understanding of lead nurture, upsell, and retention flows
Meta ads setup or campaign support experience
