JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SEO Content & Social Media VA to join our legal services team. You will be responsible for preparing and publishing approved web content, generating social media content using AI tools, and scheduling posts across platforms.

This role suits someone who is highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable working within a professional legal environment where tone, accuracy, and compliance matter.

Content Publishing – WordPress (SEO):
- Receive QA-approved content and prepare it for publication on WordPress
- Add internal links based on site structure and topic relevance
- Source and add appropriate images to content (AI-generated or stock)
- Add schema markup using Rank MathFAQ, Article, LocalBusiness etc.)
- Perform pre-publish technical SEO checks (meta title, meta description, canonical, headings)
- Brief and coordinate with the developer for final publishing

Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with provided prompts to generate social media content
- Generate social media images using AI image tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT image generation, or similar)
- Ensure all content maintains a professional and compliant tone appropriate for a legal services brand
- Schedule content across platforms using our existing scheduling tools
- Monitor post performance and report on basic engagement metrics

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with WordPress content management and on-page SEO
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and image generation (training on our prompts provided)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and brand guidelines
- Prior experience in professional services, legal, or finance industries is highly regarded
- Self-starter who can manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Good written English and ability to spot errors or tone inconsistencies

This is a process-driven execution role. Strategy, content briefs, and QA are handled in-house. We need someone reliable who follows systems, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their tasks.
