**About the role**
The purpose of the Landing Page Strategist role is to craft high-converting advertorials and sales pages that speak directly to our customer avatar — built on deep research, validated through data, and continuously refined through testing.
As a Landing Page Strategist, you understand that the success of your pages will rely on 3 things:
- The depth at which you research and understand our customer avatar — their pains, desires, objections, and language
- The depth at which you master conversion psychology and persuasion principles to translate that research into compelling copy and page structures
- The depth at which you leverage performance data and testing to continuously improve what's working and eliminate what isn't
As a Landing Page Strategist, you have the power to transform cold traffic into loyal customers. Your pages are the bridge between a compelling ad and a completed purchase — and the quality of that bridge determines whether our campaigns break even or scale profitably.

**Landing Page Strategist Primary Roles**
**Onboarding:**
- Deep-dive into existing funnels, performance data, and customer avatar research
- Analyze current advertorials and sales pages to understand baseline performance
- Develop a foundational understanding of our products, offers, and target audiences
**Ongoing:**
- Conduct thorough customer avatar research to uncover key pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers
- Write and structure high-converting advertorials and sales pages grounded in that research
- Use tools such as Hotjar to analyze user behavior on pages — including heatmaps, session recordings, and scroll depth — and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Leverage attention and predictive tools such as Attention Insight to evaluate and optimize page layouts before and after launch
- Design and execute A/B tests across key funnel elements including headlines, copy, structure, offers, and calls to action
- Monitor page performance metrics and create regular reports highlighting test results, insights, and conversion improvements
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists to ensure alignment between ad creative and landing page messaging
- Document winning copy patterns, structures, and hypotheses for team knowledge sharing
- Attend weekly team calls to discuss performance, share findings, and align on optimization priorities

**About you**
**Direct Experience Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on direct-response and landing pages
- Proven track record of writing advertorials and sales pages that drive results for D2C eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of customer avatar research methods and how to apply insights to copy
- Hands-on experience with behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar
- Familiarity with attention and UX analysis tools such as Attention Insight
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
- Native English speaker and writer
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect copy decisions to performance outcomes
