About Us
We are an established Australian automotive parts retailer operating multiple online stores. We specialise in exhaust systems, tow bars, performance parts, and general automotive accessories. We are looking for a male customer service & sales assistant who is professional, reliable, eager to learn, and able to work during Australian business hours.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone, assisting with sales, helping customers find the correct automotive parts, and providing accurate information. You will also support order processing, follow-ups, supplier communications, and general admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer enquiries quickly and professionally

Assist customers with selecting the correct automotive parts

Convert enquiries into sales through strong communication

Manage order updates, tracking, and after-sales support

Communicate with suppliers and customers when needed

Create customer notes, update CRM/order systems

Perform basic product research when required

Handle daily tasks with minimal supervision

Be available and contactable throughout the workday

Participate in regular performance reviews to grow in the role

Requirements:

Male applicant preferred

Strong English communication, clear voice, and no thick accent

Experience in customer service or sales

Automotive knowledge is a strong advantage

Must be proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative

Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment

Must be comfortable following structured processes and providing updates
