**Job Overview**
We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters to support our licensed agents by scheduling appointments with qualified leads. This role focuses strictly on setting appointments — no selling required.
Appointment Setters will be contacting provided leads that include:
* Union members
* Credit union members
* Association members
* Current American Income Life policyholders
Your primary responsibility is to connect with these individuals, provide a brief overview of the purpose of the call, and schedule a time for them to speak with one of our licensed agents.

* Make outbound calls to provided leads
* Professionally introduce the purpose of the call
* Schedule appointments for licensed agents
* Accurately document call outcomes and appointments
* Maintain a positive and professional tone on every call
* Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals

**Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience (any industry)
* Prior phone experience preferred (call center, collections, sales support, scheduling, etc.)
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Clear and confident speaking voice
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Self-motivated and dependable
