We are a fast-growing digital agency building internal systems to scale operations, outreach, content workflows, and data infrastructure. We move fast and rely heavily on automation to operate efficiently.

We are looking for a high-level full-stack developer who can take ideas and turn them into fully functional systems.

Role Overview

We need someone who can build and automate almost anything we conceptualize.

If we describe a workflow, you should be able to:

Design the architecture

Choose the right tech stack

Build it

Deploy it

Maintain and optimize it

This is a systems-builder role, not a task-based coding job.

What You’ll Be Building

Custom web applications and dashboards

Backend systems and APIs

Workflow automation tools

Data scraping and processing systems

CRM and internal management tools

API integrations between multiple platforms

Automation pipelines to reduce manual labor

Responsibilities

Architect scalable systems from scratch

Build full-stack applications (frontend + backend)

Automate repetitive workflows

Integrate third-party APIs

Optimize and maintain existing tools

Ensure performance, stability, and clean documentation

Proactively suggest better technical solutions

Requirements

Strong experience in full-stack development

Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages

Strong frontend skills (React, Vue, or similar)

Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Experience building automation systems

Experience deploying to cloud environments

Strong problem-solving ability

Excellent English communication

Nice to Have

Experience building SaaS platforms

Experience with workflow engines and queue systems

Experience with server architecture and scaling

Experience with system security best practices
