JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an expert GoHighLevel VA / CRM & Automation Specialist to help us implement, organize, and improve systems inside our company.

We need someone who can help us use GoHighLevel as part of the broader business system — including lead management, client communication workflows, CRM organization, automations, intake processes, appointment flows, and operational follow-through.

Your job is to help us operate and optimize the platform effectively inside our actual company workflows.

We are in the early adoption phase, which means we need someone who can help us set things up correctly from the start, document what is being built, and create a clean foundation we can scale.

**Compensation for this role is up to $6.50/hour USD, depending on experience, skill level, and proven ability.**

## What This Role Will Help With

This role may include:

* Organizing contacts, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and stages inside the CRM
* Building and improving automations for lead follow-up, client communication, reminders, and internal workflows
* Setting up forms, surveys, calendars, and intake flows
* Assisting with funnels and landing pages where needed
* Supporting appointment scheduling and pipeline movement
* Improving lead handling and response workflows
* Reviewing current setup and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or messy structure
* Helping create cleaner internal processes using GoHighLevel as part of the business system
* Documenting what was completed, what needs follow-up, and what is recommended next
* Communicating clearly about work performed, blockers, and outcomes

* Screenshots or Loom updates when needed
* Clear documentation of what was done
* A paid trial task before any longer-term engagement
* Verifiable proof of real GoHighLevel experience

If you prefer vague scopes, unclear reporting, or loose hour estimates without evidence of output, this role will not be a fit.

## Required Experience

You should have real hands-on experience in GoHighLevel, ideally including several of the following:

* CRM setup and cleanup
* Pipelines and opportunity stages
* Tags, custom fields, and segmentation
* Workflow automations
* Triggers and troubleshooting
* Forms, surveys, and intake systems
* Calendar and appointment setup
* Lead routing and follow-up systems
* Funnel / landing page support
* Integrations with third-party tools
* System audits and process improvement

Experience supporting a business that uses GoHighLevel for both front-end lead flow and back-end operational workflow is a major plus.
