Project Overview
I already have the complete architectural design and layout for my house.
I am not looking for design services.
I need a professional to translate my finalized design into a complete set of construction-ready working drawings, specifically prepared for building with Panel W (EPS structural panel system with concrete application) in Mexico.
The final drawing set must be ready for construction and suitable for review by a local structural engineer.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Construction Drawings (Priority)
Produce a complete architectural drawing set including:
- Dimensioned floor plans
- Exterior elevations
- Building sections
- Roof plan
- Foundation plan
- Wall sections detailing Panel W construction
- Door and window schedules
- Electrical layout
- Plumbing layout
- Basic structural details relevant to Panel W
- Construction details for panel connections, roof tie-ins, and slab interface
Deliverables:
- Editable source files (DWG / Revit)
- Full PDF construction set
- Drawings must clearly indicate:
- Wall thickness
- Concrete layers
- Reinforcement details
- Electrical conduit routing inside panels
- Plumbing planning prior to concrete application
- Phase 2 – 3D Modeling & Rendering
- 3D model of the house
- Realistic exterior renders
- Optional simple interior renders
Requirements
- Proven experience creating full construction drawing sets (not just 3D visuals)
- Strong knowledge of structural wall systems
- Experience with EPS / structural panel systems preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar professional drafting software
- Ability to work from sketches, inspiration images, and dimension notes
Please submit:
- Examples of previous construction drawing sets (PDFs preferred)
- Examples of 3D renders
- Confirmation of experience with structural panel systems (if applicable)
Important:
This is a technical drafting role, not a design concept role.
The design is complete. I need accurate, construction-ready documentation.
