JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are seeking a high-level Social Media Manager & Multi-Asset Creator to take full ownership of our brand’s digital footprint. You will not be required to film videos of yourself or others; instead, your primary focus is on high-quality Graphic Design (Flyers/Posts) and Strategic Writing (Blogs/Ad Copy).

We need a "Do-er" who can take a rough idea and turn it into a beautiful flyer, a compelling blog post, and a high-converting Facebook ad without constant hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Create professional-grade flyers, carousels, and social media posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

SMM Management: Plan and schedule content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Blogging & SEO: Research and write 1–2 weekly blog posts that drive traffic and establish brand authority.

Ad Copywriting: Write persuasive copy for Meta/Google ads that focuses on clicks and conversions.

Asset Creation: Design digital PDFs, lead magnets, and promotional materials for our sales funnel.

Analytics: Provide a weekly report on engagement and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Skills
Portfolio Required: Must show previous work involving flyer design and long-form blog writing.

Expert Copywriter: Ability to write in a natural, native-sounding English "Brand Voice."

Design Eye: High proficiency in Canva or Photoshop. You must understand layout, typography, and color theory.

Platform Mastery: Understanding of how to optimize posts for different algorithms (e.g., hashtags for IG vs. keywords for LinkedIn).

Independence: You are a self-starter who hits deadlines and brings new ideas to the table.
