JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring 1–3 experienced data research specialists to help build a clean, verified database of direct owner emails for Australian service businesses.

This is NOT basic list building.

You must be able to:

• Identify the true business owner or director
• Confirm ownership using LinkedIn, ABN/ASIC, company website, or reliable sources
• Find a direct owner email (company domain OR personal Gmail accepted)
• Validate emails using paid verification tools
• Exclude generic inboxes ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- etc.)
• Exclude risky or catch-all emails
• Deliver structured, accurate data

Accuracy and deliverability are critical.
—-
Required Tools (Must Already Have Active Paid Access)

You must currently have:

• A paid email verification tool (NeverBounce, MillionVerifier, etc.)
• A paid email sourcing tool (Hunter, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ContactOut, etc.)

Do NOT apply if you only use free credits.

—-

Deliverables Per 100 Companies

For each company, you must provide:

• Owner Full Name
• Title (Owner / Director / Founder)
• Direct Owner Email (company OR personal)
Email Type (Company Domain / Personal)
Email Pattern Used (if domain-based)
• Validation Status (Valid only)
• Catch-All Status (Yes / No)
• Brief sourcing note (how the email was tied to that specific owner)

Only safe, validated emails will be paid.

——

Compensation

$30–$40 per 100 fully verified owner records depending on accuracy and consistency.

3000+ companies available for ongoing work.

High performers will receive continuous weekly batches.

——

Quality Standards

• No generic inboxes
• No risky emails
• No guessing
• Domain must match the business
• Owner identity must be confirmed
• All emails must pass paid validation

I will spot-check random records in every batch.

If accuracy falls below standard, batch will be returned for correction.

—-

To Apply (Important – Read Carefully)

In the FIRST line of your application, please include:
1. The names of the paid tools you currently use (and confirm they are active).
2. A one-sentence definition of what a “catch-all” domain is.
3. A short explanation (2–3 sentences) of how you confirm an email truly belongs to a specific business owner.

Applications that do not follow these instructions will not be reviewed.

—-

Ongoing work available for the right operators.

—-

Compensation is per 100 verified records, not hourly.
