JOB OVERVIEW

Hi Friends, we’re Big Tea , a UK-based tea brand.

We care about culture, design, positioning and making tea feel current. Think closer to a modern clothing or lifestyle brand than a traditional tea company.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands modern social content and can help shape how we show up online. Specifically in video content, graphics and adapting content on instagram, TikTok, but also understanding LinkedIn.

What this looks like:

- Editing high-quality, high-retention Reels (hooks in the first 1–2 seconds, strong pacing, clean captions)

- Turning rough ideas and voice notes into structured short-form videos

- Creating scroll-stopping carousels

- Designing graphics with a strong eye for layout and typography

- Using AI tools to create and experiment with visual content

- Adapting content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

- Bringing ideas and format suggestions

Video editing is pretty key and you should be confident with pacing, structure, subtitles and retention.
You should have an eye for design.
You should be comfortable using AI to create or enhance visuals. you enjoy turning energy into clean output and helping bring structure to content, we’ll work well together.
