JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent across Europe. You will play a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines for high-demand technical roles and ensuring our clients have access to top professionals in the market.

This role is not for someone who waits for applications on job boards. We are looking for a proactive headhunter who adopts a systematic approach to the passive market and is resourceful in every way possible to secure the exact talent our clients need.

Responsibilities:
- Execute proactive, high-volume sourcing strategies to identify niche technical talent, maintaining a target of approximately 100 profile evaluations per day via LinkedIn and specialized platforms.
- Build and nurture sustainable talent pipelines for "hard-to-fill" roles within core expertise areas like Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques that go beyond traditional job boards, leveraging cutting-edge technology and discrete outreach to engage the passive candidate market.
- Conduct a rigorous 3-stage candidate vetting process including mock interviews and technical assessments to ensure only top-tier "quality over quantity" shortlists are presented to partners.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of dedicated sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success in Western markets (UK, Europe, or North America).
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Sourcer or Technical Recruiter, specializing in highly technical roles.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and required skill sets across software development, data science, cybersecurity, AI, etc..
- Must have worked directly within an RPO or staffing/recruitment agency environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
