Slim Sassy Strong is a women’s wellness education company headquartered in Singapore. We are hiring one Assistant Operations Manager to join our remote operations team, with a structured path to Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager.

This is a serious career role, not a work-from-home side gig.

You will work directly with Singapore-based leadership as an operational extension of the business:
- Manage executive calendars and protect leadership time
- Own structured email communication and client follow-ups
- Track KPIs, deadlines, and team task execution
- Conduct client-facing calls — professionally and confidently
- Support the consult pipeline and marketing-to-ops handover
- Maintain SOP compliance and operational documentation

As you grow into OM, you lead the team, own systems, and make decisions independently.
Client communication is a core part of this role — not an occasional task.
