We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Capital Markets Advisor to lead Moe’s Group’s external capital strategy. In this role, you will identify, negotiate, and secure funding through loans, private investors, and strategic financial partnerships. Your success will directly fuel our expansion through consistent capital injections and strong, long-term investor relationships.

What you’ll do:
-Lead fundraising and capital acquisition efforts, securing funding through traditional bank loans, private equity, venture capital, and alternative financing sources
-Build, expand, and manage relationships with lenders, banks, private investors, and strategic financial partners
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all external funding sources
-Structure and negotiate loan and investment terms that protect company interests and maximize long-term value
-Identify opportunities to generate consistent weekly or monthly income through strategic capital placements or investment vehicles
-Monitor lending and investment markets to secure competitive rates, favorable terms, and high-value partnerships
-Create and deliver compelling investor pitches and presentations that clearly communicate Moe’s Group’s growth strategy and financial strength
What we’re looking for:
-3–5 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
-Proven track record of successfully securing funding or closing financial deals
-Strong existing network of lenders, banks, or private investors is highly preferred
-Resilience and persistence in navigating the high-rejection nature of fundraising
-Strong financial acumen and ability to simplify complex business models for investors
-Advanced negotiation skills with experience reviewing and structuring financial agreements
