About the Role
I am a senior HR executive pursuing Chief Human Resources Officer opportunities. I am seeking a highly organized, research-driven assistant to support strategic networking, opportunity tracking, and executive-level outreach preparation.
This is not a typical admin role. You must be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of researching executive profiles and companies at a high level.
Responsibilities
Identify target companies aligned to CHRO-level roles
Research CEOs, Boards, and recruiters
Build contact databases with
Draft outreach messages (professional, executive tone)
Track job applications and follow-ups
Prepare executive research briefs (1-page summaries)
Manage CRM spreadsheet of relationships
Schedule networking meetings once approved
Requirements
Excellent written English
Strong research ability
Experience in LinkedIn research
Professional communication tone
Discretion and confidentiality
Organized and detail-driven
