JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-end real estate media company producing cinematic property films. We are seeking a full-time video editor with specific experience in real estate who understands pacing, storytelling, clean composition, and elevated brand presentation.

This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in precision and consistency.

Final Cut Pro is mandatory. Applications using other software will not be considered.

Responsibilities
• Edit 1 video per day 30-40 sec
• Color grade interiors and exteriors with a clean, natural, luxury aesthetic
• Balance audio and apply light sound design
• Maintain organized project files and workflows
• Meet consistent turnaround deadlines

Requirements
• Strong portfolio of real estate video editing (luxury preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro only
• Strong understanding of pacing, music selection, and emotional build
• Attention to detail (straight lines, smooth motion, clean transitions)
• Reliable communication and professional work habits
• Ability to take feedback and refine edits quickly
