Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketer / Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This role combines outbound calling, lead generation, and social media management to help grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and maintain strong communication with potential clients.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Telemarketing Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
Introduce company services and generate interest in offerings
Schedule appointments and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate call notes and updates in CRM systems
Follow up with leads via phone,
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Social Media Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media posts across platforms
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with content creation including captions, graphics ideas, and promotional campaigns
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements
Support brand consistency across all social media channels
Assist with marketing promotions and online campaigns
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, or social media experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts
Basic computer skills (CRM systems,
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
