JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an Operations & Client Success Manager who wants to grow with the team for the next 5–10 years.

Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Role
9AM–5PM EST (Monday–Friday) | Immediate Start Required

This is a systems and revenue protection role.

Must have experience serving in an operator-level role.

You will support a fast-paced, high-performance New York real estate business that values ownership, initiative, and precision.

About the Role

This position is responsible for protecting deal flow, strengthening systems, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.

You will work directly alongside a fast-moving New York producer who expects clarity, responsiveness, and strong execution.

Daniel is fair and clear.
He values people who capture instructions once and execute accurately.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• CRM strategy and pipeline flow

• Executive-level reporting and structured summaries

• Revenue risk monitoring

• Listing performance tracking

• Operational system design and improvement

• Client confidence and retention processes

• Identifying bottlenecks before they impact deals

• Real-time responsiveness when priorities shift

• Adapting systems as market conditions evolve

This role requires flexibility, ownership, and long-term thinking.

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Immediate start required

• Long-term commitment

• Pay increase after consistent demonstration of high performance (at full time)
• 13th Month Pay eligibility (after 12 months full time)

Operations Assessment (Required Assignment)

Reminder: Daniel runs a high volume, fast-moving real estate business.
He is looking for a candidate who will ideally be a fit for the next 5-10 years.

His team will evaluate all submissions carefully.

Only the top 5 candidates will meet with Daniel directly via Zoom.
