We are hiring an experienced Creative Agency Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations for a growing creator agency.
This is a high-responsibility role. You will manage deal flow, brand communication, tracking systems, and creator coordination. You are the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We are not looking for an assistant. We are looking for someone who can think, organize, and lead processes independently.
What You’ll Do Daily
Apply to brand deals and creator marketplaces
Communicate directly with brands via
Send job descriptions and briefs to creators
Track every deal, deadline, payment, and deliverable
Follow up with creators to ensure everything is completed on time
Book calls and manage calendars
Eventually join brand calls and represent the agency professionally
Improve internal systems and workflows
You will wake up and immediately handle communication, admin, deal tracking, and execution.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, tracking systems, organization)
Strong experience managing spreadsheets with precision
Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level required)
Confident on phone and Zoom calls
Experienced in brand communication or agency operations
Strong understanding of influencer marketing or talent management
You should be able to build clean, organized tracking systems without being told how.
