(Marcus Sheridan's Endless Customers | Compliance & Sponsor Licence Focus).

Immtell is a UK-based immigration consultancy specialising in:

- Sponsor licence applications
- Sponsor licence compliance & mock audits
- Skilled Worker visa strategy
- UK market entry & company formation support

We are intentionally narrowing our focus to UK corporate immigration and compliance risk, moving away from broad global mobility services.

We are looking for one senior, commercially minded operator to help lead this repositioning and build high-quality corporate demand.

This is not a social media role.
This is not a virtual assistant role.
This is not a blog production role.

This is a strategic growth role.

The Objective:

Increase the quality of corporate enquiries, particularly for:

- Sponsor licence applications
- Compliance reviews / mock audits
- Governance & allocation strategy

Reduce low-value, piecemeal work.

What You Will Own:

You will work directly with the founder and take responsibility for:

Positioning & Strategy -

- Refining Immtell’s UK-focused corporate positioning
- Defining and sharpening ideal client profiles
- Building compliance-risk narratives that resonate with corporate decision-makers

Authority-Led Content (You Create It)-

- Writing and structuring all strategic content (blogs, landing pages, pricing content, LinkedIn drafts, etc.)
- Applying Endless Customers principles (important): Pricing transparency, Problems & objections, Comparisons, Industry disruption, and Assignment selling.
- Structuring content so it supports AI search visibility naturally (no gimmicks)

Demand & Lead Quality -

- Aligning content with sales conversations
- Improving enquiry quality, not just increasing traffic
- Supporting targeted outreach or strategic visibility initiatives

Tools & Execution -

You will actively use:

- priceguide.ai (pricing transparency)
- Ubersuggest (keyword research & structure)
- AI tools for workflow efficiency
- Hubspot CRM thinking aligned with sales

You must be comfortable owning both strategy and execution.

Leadership & Ownership (Important):

This is not a task-based role. You are expected to:

- Propose positioning changes
- Challenge assumptions constructively
- Bring strategic ideas, not wait for instructions
- Identify opportunities proactively
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables

You will not receive daily step-by-step tasks.

If you prefer clear instructions over strategic ownership, this role is not a fit.

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal English
- Experience owning B2B demand or marketing strategy end-to-end
- Ability to create structured, authority-led content independently
- Comfortable working directly with a founder
- Commercial mindset
- Experience in professional services, SaaS, legal, compliance, or consulting environments is preferred.

Working Arrangement:

- Remote
- Full-time
- Long-term contractor role
- Monthly compensation: $2,000 – $2,500 USD depending on experience
- 90-day review period
